Do you want to learn English?
CARECEN, in partnership with the New York Office of New Americans, offers free English classes to students over 18 years old who live in Nassau or Suffolk County. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced English speaker, we can help! Our classes are 10-weeks long and are all virtual, offered on Zoom. Classes are offered:
-
January - March
-
April - June
-
July - September
-
October - December
Each quarter, students are required to attend class 6 hours a week, and complete extra homework hours, as well. At the end of the quarter, if a student completes all the required hours, they receive a graduation certificate.
